I'm using Vista Home Premium 32-bit and any help/advice would be appreciated. The only way to prevent it happening is by temporarily disabling auto protect. I've got NIS 2009 set to its default settings and I think the problem is caused by the SONAR protection detecting Pinnacle lauching the profile as I have added Pinnacle's folders to the exclusions for auto protect but that still creates a BSOD. Once the profile it launched, I can re-enable auto protect and everything's fine. BUT, if I disabled Norton's auto protect (via right clicking the tray icon), Pinnacle works with no problems.
